Practice purchases smart devices, and pays a monthly fee for each patient on the platform.
QardioDirect
Our white-glove service is billed on a monthly basis. We provide patient eligibility verification, patient consent and onboarding, device shipment to patients, patient training, and we train your staff onsite during implementation. Patient monitoring services are also available.
Shared success model
Our QardioDirect program, but rather than billing your practice monthly per patient, Qardio is paid as a percentage of submitted claims.
CPT Reimbursements
Qardio’s online billing resources and reimbursement experts can help you understand what codes your practice may be eligible to bill for, and assist you in making revenue and cost projections for a new RPM program. We can even help with billing if you’d like.
